Just before we start this unforgettable self-drive Jeep Safari tour, our Experts will teach you everything about the vehicles, including lessons for beginners so that everyone is ready to discover Crete safely, with lots of fun and excitement!

Start your day by driving to one of the most representative villages of Crete, Krasi. Walk around its alleys and be next to the oldest plane tree of Crete which is up to 2000 years old and is characterized as a monument of nature by UNESCO!

Then, we continue our adventure by passing from Mochos village, the biggest of the area, and with an off-road descent to the village of Potamies and the local shepherd’s farm where we will make a stop to taste the treats and his fresh cheese! Get ready for activities too as we milk the goat, feed the animals, and more!

Having had a good taste of Crete, we continue the exploration by crossing the river and the village gardens with aromas from the orange and olive groves until we reach our next stop at the Aposelemis Dam, where we will see the submerged village of Sfentyli in the waters of the most important water project in Crete!

Then get ready for an incredible and dynamic Off Road ascent to the Empassa gorge with an impressive view! There we will make a stop in nature to enjoy a coffee and a treat from us, take photos and collect fresh herbs. You also have the opportunity to visit the Holy Monastery of the Virgin Mary in Kera village.
Then we will follow the most impressive panoramic road in the area to descend to Malia where we will have our tasty barbeque meal!

In the end, full of experiences, memories and happiness with what we saw and experienced on this self-drive jeep safari, we will return to the hotels

• Driver has to be over 23 years old

• The driver must hold a valid car driver’s license that exists more than 2 years with his ID card in physical form with him in order to participate in the tour (Provisional driving licenses are not accepted)
