I don’t have any diving experience, can I participate?
Yes of course! The Discover Scuba Diving is a program specially designed for those who don’t have any experience or diving certification. You will learn dive basics to be able to dive under the supervision of an instructor.

Is there any special conditions?
To participate to the Discover Scuba Diving you must be older than 12 years old, healthy, and able to swim.
What am I going to learn at the Discover Scuba Diving?

During 45 minutes, your instructor will give you the necessary knowledge to understand and to be ready to dive: What happens in the body when we are underwater? How to use the equipment. How to communicate and to move correctly under water. What you’ll see...To enjoy this new experience thoroughly and safely.

How deep will I dive?
We offer ideal conditions for this program requiring to the criteria of PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors). Depth will never pass 12 meters, but it’s not the depth the most important. There are as many things to see in shallow water than in deep water.

What am I going to see?
The Mediterranean Sea offers a bottom full of life. Groupers, starfish, cuttle fishes, shrimps and many more can been found quite often in the Cretan Sea. If we are lucky we are going to see an octopus.
